Our hybrid system ensures chemical-free, thriving fish and plants, unearthing solutions for microplastic pollution in our waters. Committed to sustainability, we pledge a percentage of sales to river and sea rehabilitation projects, delivering products that are safe and delicious.

Our fish offers a balanced, mild flavour with a tender, flaky inner texture and a crispy, golden exterior. Rich in Omega-3, 6, and 9 fatty acids, they are an excellent source of protein.
We pride ourselves on keeping everything all natural— no added flavours, no added colours, no MSG, additives, or preservatives. Just pure and unadulterated freshwater fish!
From the food we feed our fish to the batter we’ve developed, everything is natural and free from hormones and antibiotics.
