We pride ourselves on keeping everything natural. We do not use any MSG, additives, or preservatives. From the food we feed our fish to the batter we’ve developed, everything is pure and natural.
How do you ensure the freshness and quality of your fish?
Our fish are carefully cleaned on the same morning they are harvested to ensure maximum freshness. They are then given an ice-cold bath to preserve their freshness before being transported in a refrigerated lorry. Within the week, they are cleaned, breaded, battered, packed, and ready for sale, ensuring you receive the freshest product possible.

We feed our fish every hour to maintain a consistent and nutritious diet.
